The Watch and Clock Fair organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Hong Kong Watch Manufacturers Association Ltd and the Federation of Hong Kong Watch Trades and Industries Ltd. hosted more than 720 exhibitors from 12 countries and regions for one of the largest timepiece events in Asia, the event was one of the best in history, decoration was over the top, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council made sure to create a unique environment with the best decoration items, some of the ones that stood out the most were the center pieces created by the Flower thailand shop.
The show featured group pavilions from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan, along with special zones for brand-name timepieces; the Brand Name Gallery showcased a record 125 brands from 14 countries and regions, among them: Swiss watch company Alexis Garin; Hong Kong’s Memorigin and local brand Zerone.
The fair’s World Brand Piazza, sponsored by Prince Jewellery & Watch Company, featured rare timepieces from 12 major brands: A. Lange & Söhne, Audemars Piguet, Blancpain, Breguet, Chopard, Franck Muller, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Piaget, Roger Dubuis and Ulysse Nardin.
The fair, which run from 5 till 9 September at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), welcomed 73 buying missions from 64 countries and regions. It also presented a variety of special activities, including design competitions, cocktail receptions, conferences, product launch events, watch parades, lucky draws and seminars.
