Leaseback opportunity, with a six percent return on investment guarantee

The next 50 purchasers of Rosewood or Mondrian residences will have the opportunity to lease their private residence to Baha Mar for the first two years of ownership. During the two years of the lease period, Baha Mar will make annual lease payments to the residence owner, equal to six percent of the purchase price. Baha Mar will also pay the full cost of Home Owner Association maintenance fees.

The next 50 purchasers will have the opportunity to become Baha Mar Founders and receive a number of benefits for the first seven years of ownership. Sport enthusiasts can play up to 24 complimentary and assignable rounds of golf per year on the Baha Mar Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and obtain a ten percent discount on all tennis court fees, instruction and merchandise.
