ENSHAA PSC, a luxury real estate developer, whose major shareholders include the Majid Al Futtaim Group, Emirates Investment Group and Abraaj Capital together with The House of Versace has unveiled the first “fully dressed” and completed condominium residence, as its showcase residence on site.
The palatial 4,732 sqft (440 sqm) condominium, showcases for the very first time the new range of bespoke Versace designed furniture, fabrics and colour schemes, created exclusively for the Palazzo Versace Dubai resort. The showcase residence provides a unique insight into the fashion inspired Palazzo Versace Dubai Hotel and resort.
It is around a majestic grand reception room and entertaining spaces, a series of private terraces, complete with four lavish bedroom suites and a kitchen/breakfast room, all finished with the world’s finest Versace designed mosaics, marble flooring, design motifs and bespoke furniture, fabrics and accessories.
Palazzo Versace Dubai
Palazzo Versace Dubai overlooks Dubai Creek, in the heart of Culture Village, which is designed to become Dubai’s cultural hub, housing cultural institutions for opera, ballet, theatre and fashion shows, complete with academies for art, music, dance, pottery and other crafts.
Palazzo Versace Dubai is a 5.5 hectare destination resort that will be one of Dubai’s most outstanding hotel and residential developments. Providing a limited collection of 169 private residences and 213 super-luxury hotel suites, all furnished exclusively with specially designed Versace furniture and housed in a 130,000sqm palace.
Palazzo Versace Dubai will also feature a fine dining room, Italian restaurant and Pasticceria, all day dining, lounge, pool bars, a health spa, gymnasium, ballroom, conference and private function facilities and a flagship Versace ready-to-wear and fine jewellery boutique, set in landscaped grounds complete with a private marina.
The New Show Residence
The show residence gives existing purchasers and potential buyers, a glimpse of the unique Versace style, intricate Italian craftsmanship and attention to detail which has resulted in a magnificent and opulent residence which is a world away from a conventionally built home. Its style, and luxurious finishing and fixtures are unparalleled on a global scale.
Each room in the show residence has unique luxurious parquetry flooring, marble and mosaic inlay detail, imported Italian handcrafted wall panelling and delicate finishes and fittings, with mosaics and stonework hand-laid by artisans from Italy.
The Grand Entrance Room
Upon entering the residence, guests find themselves in a spacious grand entrance room which acts as the centrepiece and main entertaining area of the residence. Two additional reception spaces are positioned to either side of the grand entrance room, allowing for privacy or additional entertainment space.
The grand entrance room has been dressed to provide a spacious drawing room and dining area. The reception areas to either side provide a day room and private study.
The grand entrance room features classical hand-laid, cut-diamond, giallo siena and crema delicate marble flooring, which is bordered by bespoke Versace designed mosaic artwork inspired by the classical Greek empire vine and floral designs created under the leadership of the world-renowned Italian Fantini Mosaic Group, the same artisans that produced the interior of the grand mosque in Abu-Dhabi and the first Palazzo Versace on Australia’s Gold Coast.
The handcrafted panelling and ceilings are complemented by a grand crystal chandelier, trimmed in amber crystal, which hangs above the opulent dining table and fine porcelain tableware. Moulded ceilings reflect the flooring symmetry, along with the intricate attention to detail emphasised in the classic Greek fret motifs, bordering the condominium ceiling, which acts as a fresco relief.
Grand Entrance Room – Furniture and Dressing
Adorning the walls of the grand entrance room are a series of magnificent water colour sketches, recreations of original theatre and costume designs, created by the late Gianni Versace. Each of the paintings is bordered by an exquisite gold frame. highlighting the gold traces throughout the black sketched and painted images.
Two fine silk arm chairs with hand painted upholstery, featuring elegant decoration and printed fabric in the classic Versace style, sit at the entrance to the grand entrance room.
Surrounding the dining table are ten dining chairs, each upholstered with the classic Versace hand woven silk finish and detailed in crafted wood, giving an elegant yet contemporary finish to the classical Versace pieces.
The hand-made silver leaf, glass topped dining table is dressed with fine porcelain tableware, part of the rich and elegant Versace meets Rosenthal Arabesque Gold range, featuring vases, plates, bowls, tea cups, stemware, Urban Kitchen flatware and crystal candelabras.
Adjacent to the dining area is the drawing area, featuring five vibrant royal lilac, art deco inspired sofas, set against the traditional creams and golden marble flooring. Floor to ceiling glazing opens onto a 385 sqft (36 sqm) private terrace.
Study and Day Room
The study features an exquisite royal lilac upholstered chaise longue which is complemented by two of the finest classical cream silk pillows. Parallel to the chaise longue is a coffee table featuring the elegant ‘Versace meets Rosenthal’ porcelain tea setting.
The day room has a striking four piece dining set, elegant coffee table and an artdeco inspired sofa, complete with four hand carved, silk woven, cream dining chairs.
The Bedroom Suites
The four bedrooms are all fully dressed in a selection of light blue, lilac, cream and peach pastel silk and linen home ware ranges. The master bedroom suite measures 380 sqft (35 sqm) and this is not inclusive of the en-suite area. The master bedroom is dressed with the most elegant of the classic Versace fabric and linen range, designed specifically for the condominiums. The master bedroom also has a grand walk in closet complete with bespoke hand laid wood parquetry.
Each bedroom suite has a stunning en-suite bathroom featuring a collection of the finest mosaic and marble designs and sunblasted glass, complete with hand laid and cut diamond lagoon green marble flooring.
Kitchen Area
The state of the art kitchen, featuring marble cut Italian flooring, offers a range of the latest stainless steel European appliances, and is panelled with a modern sienna white lacquered timber, stainless steel and mirrored glass.
