The September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair is the ideal platform for sourcing products, conducting business, networking, and sharing market information, and being part of it has become a tradition for serious international jewellers.
The seven-day event closed its 31st edition on 17 September with record-breaking numbers: 3,633 exhibitors from 48 countries and regions and a total of 52,651 buyers from 154 countries and regions.
Ms Celine Lau, director of Jewellery Fairs, UBM Asia said: “Demand for diamonds and gemstones was robust. The 6.8-percent growth in visitor numbers from Asia compared to last year’s edition tells us that the region continues to be the engine of growth for the luxury jewellery market. Specifically, the number of buyers from the Chinese mainland was up 11 percent and India up 11.6 percent. We also noticed growth in the number of buyers from other Asian markets such as Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.”

The September edition of Asia’s Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair will again be held in conjunction with the September Fair, running for four days at AsiaWorld-Expo from 15 to 18 September 2014.
June Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair 2014
The June Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair will be held from 19 to 22 June 2014 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. The June edition of Asia’s Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair will also run from 19 to 22 June 2014 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.
