HOMI is a world of style where an exclusive, innovative “made in Italy” is rediscovered. The next appointment for HOMI in Milan from 29 January to 1 February 2016.
The second autumn edition of HOMI from Fiera Milano has conclude with very positive notes not only in terms of exhibitors and visitors numbers but also in the quality and abundance of creativity and innovation.
HOMI provided concrete, interesting ideas and offerings for style and taste throughout the world. With its dynamic nature, which reflects a market that is continuously changing, it focuses on traditions from Italy and elsewhere, and is especially aimed at renewed interest in niche products with a strong personality.
With 1,400 exhibiting companies, 25% of which are foreign and represent 39 countries the fair gave new dimensions to the Living experience by pairing global tastes while preserving each country’s individuality and style identity.
Corrado Peraboni, CEO of Fiera Milano expressed his satisfaction from the visitors and exhibitors feedback concerning the new layout which is evolving while keeping the same concept based on practicity and easiness of surfing the fair ground.
“Made in Italy” stood out for its usual quality design and making. The pavilions crowded with amazing new offerings by small, medium and large companies, each presenting their latest to daze the whole world. In addition to exhibits each area of the fair was a stage for numerous events including meetings for professionals, initiatives supporting up-and-coming designers, live product presentations…
HOMI involved also the city of Milan; from 24 September to 18 October, La Magnifica Forma, a an installation dedicated to the evolution of design and objects for the table was open to the public in the Collector’s Gallery of the Palazzo delle Stelline, making an additional attraction for tourists and locals fascinated by this combination of art and culture and the themes of Expo.
