In celebration of the 85th anniversary of Batman’s iconic debut, BEHRENS and MEMORIGIN have teamed up with Warner Bros, to present a masterfully crafted limited-edition timepiece, The Dark Knight Free-Sprung Balance Tourbillon Watch. This striking watch, limited to just 200 pieces, is made its grand debut at the Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair 2024.

Powered by the BM05 caliber, a mechanical manual-winding movement co-developed by BEHRENS and MEMORIGIN, this timepiece is infused with rich Batman-inspired elements. The focal point of the design is the free-sprung tourbillon, prominently displayed at the 6 o’clock position, featuring the iconic Batman logo. Beneath the tourbillon, a date display highlights the number “27”, paying tribute to Batman’s first comic book appearance in Detective Comics #27.

Other personalized features include a day-night indicator at 9 o’clock, with the initials “BW” for Bruce Wayne, and a power reserve indicator at 2 o’clock, ensuring practicality alongside its bold design.

Crafted from Grade 5 titanium alloy, the watch has a sleek 38mm dial and an ultra-thin 8.9mm profile, making it lightweight and comfortable on the wrist. The skeletonized design showcases the intricate inner workings of the movement, visible through a transparent case back.

Additionally, it incorporates state-of-the-art technology, such as the free-sprung tourbillon for enhanced performance and a bi-directional date adjustment system for ease of use. The strap, made from Fluoroelastomer, features an upgraded patented quick-release technology for added convenience.

Priced at HKD 39,800 (approximately USD 5,100), The Dark Knight Tourbillon Watch combines innovation, artistry, and superhero flair in a timepiece that will captivate both collectors and fans alike.
