Givenchy invites us to experience festive delight this holiday season with the new collection, A Holiday Game. Photographer and director Mark Kean captures the campaign’s contrast between high-fashion sophistication and the cozy intimacy of classic board games. What was the outcome? A visually striking display of fun and memories, enhanced with the distinctive craftsmanship of the Maison.
The women’s collection is a masterclass in contrast, balancing party-ready glamour with indulgent comfort. Center stage are cage dresses adorned with crystal interlacing and playful feather pompoms, perfect for making a sparkling entrance at any soirée. For colder evenings, Givenchy’s iconic cheetah print outerwear takes the spotlight, complemented by a tactile black faux-fur cocoon jacket and a utilitarian fur-cuffed piece.
For quieter moments, ribbed knitwear and distressed denim embody understated luxury, paired effortlessly with the Voyou bag in suede shearling. Accessories take the looks to the next level: the P’tit Voyou in glossy black leather and the Antigona Toy Lock in dark ebony exude modern elegance, while the playful Pumpkin bourse bag, with its metallic chain strap, feels perfectly festive.
Shoes and jewelry add a final flourish. The Shark Lock boots, offered this season in a bold burgundy python finish, are a striking alternative to traditional holiday footwear. Meanwhile, crystal-fringed 4G necklaces and 4G cat-eye sunglasses add sparkle with an edge, styled in a way that pays homage to Hubert de Givenchy’s iconic approach to elegance.
Givenchy brings a fresh twist to menswear, blending its founder’s aristocratic elegance with playful, contemporary flourishes. Tuxedo jackets and cummerbunds, reimagined in hues of rust and purple, channel a bold, celebratory vibe, while the archival Monogram 72 motif revitalizes traditional argyle patterns in striking aqua tones.
Accessories for men continue the narrative of bold sophistication. The chunky-soled Chelsea boots are effortlessly versatile, while the GV Day sunglasses bring a dandy-chic flair, perfect for those who like their luxury to stand out.
With A Holiday Game, Givenchy doesn’t just dress us for the season — it sets the mood for joy, elegance, and togetherness.
