At first glance, the PE1/01 captivates with its bold design inspired by industrial heritage. The dial elements pay homage to classic rumbling speakers and the mechanical precision of a hard disk drive, echoing an era where technology was as much about function as it was about form. The hypnotic movement of the central disk, reminiscent of spinning digital memory, adds a dynamic touch to the minimalistic yet striking dial.

The PE1/01 four-layer dial construction is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. A black galvanic sandblasted base plate serves as the foundation, layered with a rhodium-finished central plate that boasts a 45-degree brushed effect. The outer ring in galvanic gunmetal, with a polished and sunray-brushed surface, reflects a sense of depth and meticulous attention to detail.
A standout feature is the 9H marker, outlined in galvanic black opalin and filled with glossy white, a subtle but powerful nod to precision engineering. Beneath its bold exterior, the PE1/01 is powered by the automatic TMI NH35 movement, crafted in Japan, offering a 41-hour power reserve. The case construction features a three-piece stainless steel body, ensuring durability with a 5ATM water resistance rating.
