VICENZAORO JANUARY 2026: THE GLOBAL JEWELLERY COMMUNITY UNDER A NEW MANIFESTO

The international jewellery and watchmaking calendar will officially commence at the VicenzaOro January (VOJ) exhibition, set to take place from 16 to 20 January 2026 at the Italian Exhibition Group’s (IEG) Expo Centre in Vicenza. As the premier event of the sector, VOJ26 is poised to be a comprehensive business, innovation, and cultural hub for the global jewellery community.

Under the new, evocative claim “People · Product · Places,” the event aims to encapsulate the entire ecosystem of the industry. This manifesto highlights the synergy between the exceptional Product born from Italian and international manufacturing excellence; the People—the talents, relationships, and community that drive the sector; and the physical and symbolic Places, from the Expo Centre itself to the global markets represented.

“Our Jewellery Boutique Show is a business platform and an innovation, training, and discussion hub”, said Matteo Farsura, Global Exhibition Manager of IEG’s jewellery shows. “It is the lifeblood which, in over 70 years of history, has led Vicenzaoro to become a global reference of industry excellence.”

VicenzaOro January 2026 will serve as an incomparable showcase, presenting the latest trends from high jewellery and designer collections to manufacturing, watchmaking, and technological innovations. A key highlight of this edition is the debut of the VO Awards, a new initiative designed to celebrate exhibitors’ excellence in creativity, innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Open to Italian and foreign exhibitors, the awards feature eight categories, with finalists displayed at the show and voted on by visitors and a jury. The deadline for applications is 30 November 2025.

Running concurrently with the main event will be T.Gold, the leading exhibition for jewellery technology and machinery, which will be held for the last time in Hall 9 before its integration into the newly renovated Expo Centre in September 2026. Also returning is VO Vintage (16-19 January), a B2C lounge dedicated to fine vintage jewellery and watches for enthusiasts and collectors.

For buyers and visitors, the focus is on an enhanced experience. Through the Jewellery Connect platform and app, attendees can plan their routes, manage appointments, and connect with exhibitors efficiently. Beyond the exhibition halls, the Vicenzaoro VIOFF program offers a calendar of city-wide events, allowing visitors to explore historic centre of Vicenza, its art, culture, as well as gastronomy.

Setting the thematic stage for VOJ26 is the ongoing Trendvision Roadshow 2025/2026. This global tour, entitled “The Quantum Age,” presents the forecasts from the authoritative *The Jewelry Trendbook 2027+*. It explores a new era where jewellery is redefined as a means of personal expression, a cultural code, and a technological medium, moving beyond status to become a language of identity.

“The Quantum Age is a manifesto that describes how goldsmith art is entering a quantum dimension made up of fluidity, interconnections, and multiple meanings”, explained Paola De Luca, Creative Director of Trendvision.

VicenzaOro January 2026 is shaping up to be an unmissable event, uniting heritage with a forward-looking vision, and solidifying its position as the capital of the global jewellery world.
