Riva 112 Dolcevita Super

MONACO 2025, FERRETTI GROUP SHOWS US HOW IT’S DONE

If you want to take the pulse of the superyacht world, you come to Monaco. And if you want to see who’s setting the pace, you look to Ferretti Group. This year, they didn’t just bring boats, they brought a statement. Six yachts, spanning their incredible brand portfolio, lined the dock with a quiet confidence that speaks louder than any marketing blurb.

PERSHING GTX116 STAR

The headline act was the world premiere of the Riva 112’ Dolcevita Super. This isn’t just another new model, it is Riva understanding the modern owner’s soul. The focus is squarely on outdoor living, on turning the deck into a seamless extension of the sea. It’s that perfect, effortless blend of elegance and comfort that Riva has always promised, but now amplified. You can practically feel the cocktails in hand and see the sunsets from those sprawling aft spaces.

But the Group’s strength has always been its range. Strolling down the pontoon, you got a masterclass in different personalities. The sleek, sporty silhouette of the Pershing GTX116 stood in contrast to the architectural daring of the wallywhy200. The serious, performance-driven wallywind110 whispered of ocean passages, while the Custom Line Navetta 38 and 140’showcased the brand’s mastery of long-range comfort. There was, quite literally, a dream boat for every disposition.

The numbers behind the beauty are just as impressive, at their press briefing, the message was clear: the strategy is working. We’re talking about nearly 40% revenue growth since 2021, and it’s being driven by the big, bespoke stuff. The superyacht and made-to-measure segment has doubled its share of orders… Let that sink in. The proof is in the shipyards, where a staggering 47 yachts over 30 meters are currently taking shape or have just hit the water.

Custom Line 140

CEO Alberto Galassi, as always, put it perfectly, “We are in the lifestyle capital of the world”, he said, and you felt the truth of it. He then shared a gem, a memory of the legendary Carlo Riva telling him, “Alberto, make them beautiful!” It’s a simple, powerful mandate that echoes from the smallest Riva runabout to the colossal projects at CRN.

Custom Line Navetta 38

And on the custom front, the ambition is breathtaking. CRN is building a trilogy of giants in Ancona: an 86m, a 70m, and a 67m, following the delivery of the 60m Amor à Vida. Meanwhile, Custom Line is sharpening its identity, rebranding its planing line as Custom Line Saetta and teasing the new Saetta 128’, a collaboration between SY Design and ACPV Architects that we’re all eagerly awaiting in 2026.

Walking away from the display, the feeling was one of solidity and vision. In a world of fleeting trends, Ferretti Group are building a legacy, one beautiful, innovative, and deeply desirable yacht at a time, they are not just participating in the market, they’re defining it.
